These are a few of my favorite things!

Now you’ll have the song stuck in your head for the rest of the day. Don’t hate me!

I am quite possibly one of the least productive people in the world right now. Seriously. I’m not getting anything done that needs to be. It’s terrible timing, too. My to-do list is not short and time is ticking away. There is just no motivation. Maybe it’s the weather? It’s a grey, wet week. Anywho. I thought I’d drag you into my black hole of distraction, and tip you off on a few of my favorite items as of late!

1) Sharpie Pens

I am strangely obsessed with quality writing utensils. Enter Sharpie pens. I wouldn’t dare touch another pen for as long as I shall live. That’s how much I love my Sharpie pens. No seriously. They’re my favorite. I especially love the retractable ones.

But I’m also eyeing this set with all of the colors! The colors, Duke! The colors! {name that commercial}.

2) Hazelnut lattes

Have you tried the new Hazelnut Macchiatos at Starbies? They’re pretty delish, but I’m currently jonesing over hazelnut lattes. Sweet, creamy, coffee goodness. I want them…all the time. Which, is not awesome, because I have a bridesmaid dress to fit into in a couple of months. I’m trying to keep these to a minimum. {Also! Make sure to check out that link attached to the photo! How to make pretty designs in your lattes – so fun!}.

3) Mad Men

Mad Men

This is not a new favorite, but Season 7 starts back up on Sunday, and I am so excited! I started watching this show with my hubs mostly because I wanted to look at the pretty clothes and furniture. I <3 the 60′s. I was kinda “meh-take-it-or-leave-it” about it at first, other than the eye candy. And then, BOOM, obsessed. Peggy is my homegirl. I can’t wait to find out what this next season has in store for us!

4) Gyros

I’m about to turn myself Greek with all of the gyros and other mediterranean fare I’ve been eating. Yummy and healthy {yunno…to balance out those hazelnut lattes}!  I make my own homemade tzatziki sauce from this recipe. All you have to do is add some dill to plain greek yogurt. I’m serious. It’s that easy.

5) Jergens Natural Glow Lotion

Jergens

I am Irish. Very Irish. I also work in an office beneath the glow of flourescent lights. I don’t mind being a fair-skinned gal. I do, however, mind being able to see the blood flow through my veins ‘neath my nearly clear skin. Jergens to the rescue! It’s springtime, and we’re about to start all of my sister’s wedding festivities = lots o’ dresses. I decided to not blind everyone around me and have started using the Natural Glow lotion. I love this stuff, because you won’t look like an oompa loompa overnight. The lotion adds color very gradually. Also, their new formula smells much better than it used to.

So, what are your current faves? What are you obsessing over these days? Spill the beans! I love finding new products! :)

Have an awesome day!
